Oh we have downloaded and looked at it in Adobe reader DC same result, most of the work trying to figure it out was in the Chrome browser. It seems like its preparing it from QBO and presenting it moved right for her account only. I am the company admin she is an admin, she logs back in and its pushed right again. All my previews look good and print samples with everything fitting. The thing that seems odd is that in the same browser without restarting it, she can logout I can login and I can generate the pdf for the check fine. We have cleared the cookies and cache, installed fire fox, logged out and back in with out any change. It seems the 'image' that is produced when we call for the print comes from QBO that way, cut off. We can use the print adjustment to get the amount in the box but the rest of the data is pushed right and when using the Voucher option for check setup the data for the top portion the check, prints ok just moved to the right, the bottom part where it repeats the amount, that number is cut off. We just started QBO this week, our AP person tried to print a vendor check today but the preview and sample print are skewed to the right. I have read the community issues and they are close but not quite what we are experiencing.
